Anim\u00e9e par <strong>Eli Doyeux et Yona Salaun<\/strong>, la s\u00e9ance se d\u00e9roule en musique, dans une ambiance d\u00e9contract\u00e9e et chaleureuse. Que vous soyez d\u00e9butant ou sportif confirm\u00e9, tout le monde est bienvenu pour partager cette heure de sport.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le HandFit ?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Le HandFit est une forme adapt\u00e9e du handball, qui se concentre davantage sur le bien-\u00eatre, la forme physique et le plaisir que sur la comp\u00e9tition. L&rsquo;entra\u00eenement propose des exercices vari\u00e9s, ludiques et adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 chacun. Il permet non seulement de se d\u00e9fouler, mais aussi de travailler sa condition physique.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Pourquoi rejoindre le HandFit ?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Convivialit\u00e9 et motivation : Entra\u00eenez-vous dans une ambiance sympathique, en musique et avec un groupe dynamique.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Accessibilit\u00e9 : Aucune exp\u00e9rience en handball n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire !
